Because we hold emotional reactions to our experiences in our bodies, we can be robbed of our full capacity to function. By clearing this disruption, EFT can reduce pain, release restriction, and trigger the body’s capacity to heal. EFT can work with issues such as pain, trauma, depression, anxiety, weight gain/loss, school and sports performance, fears and phobias.
An EFT session can be done in person at the office, by phone or Skype. Time constraints, distance, or fears such as driving or leaving the house can easily be overcome with a phone or Skype session.
Please fill out the new client intake form and either email it back to me or bring it with you to your session.
An EFT session will last one hour. In that time we will talk about what you’d like to get out of the session, what the issues are, and any underlying thoughts or beliefs about the situation.
At the first session you’ll be shown the EFT tapping points and a simple routine to use in the session and on your own. You will leave with a reference sheet that will remind you of the sequence so that you can more effectively tap at home.
The session itself will have you follow my tapping lead, based on your input. You’ll learn how to rate your level of discomfort so that you can more clearly assess progress. We will work through the specifics of an issue until there is a shift in the intensity of response. Most clients leave feeling energized, yet calm.
