Payment

Cash and checks are accepted at this time.

Please pay at the beginning of the session.

Returned check fee is $20

Cancellation Policy

24 hour notice is required for all cancellations and reschedulings, to allow an opportunity for another person to benefit from your appointment time.

Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee, payable before any further sessions occur.

Late Arrivals

Please check traffic and allow enough time to find the office on your first visit.

Appointment time will not be extended to accommodate for lateness.

Insurance Coverage

Although insurance is not accepted for the therapies offered, a receipt can be provided for your insurance company, flexible spending account or health savings account.
